Difficulty Paying Your COUNCIL TAX?

If you fall into arrears with your Council Tax we will work with you to help you manage your arrears and arrange for you to make up missed payments through affordable instalments. If you don't tell us you've got a problem, or if you don't keep to an agreement to pay off the debt, we can't help you!

We take non payment of Council Tax seriously If you do not pay you may be subject to a summons and a liability order against you.

The sooner you get in touch, the sooner you can get help with your payments. You might be eligible for Council Tax Benefit or you might just need to make an agreement until you're back on your feet and can catch up.

If you do get behind with your Council Tax, you will receive letters, telling you what you should do. please do not ignore them.
