In the current economic climate, financial
well-being is vitally important – it is crucial that we all have
access to basic financial services so that we can effectively
manage our money, plan for the future and cope with any periods of
financial difficulty or distress that we may face. Unfortunately,
however, there are still many who are financially excluded and
facing serious over-indebtednes. Melton Borough Council is here to
help you.
We work closely with the Money Advice Service who run
a financial advice surgery at the Council Offices every
Tuesday
They will cover all aspects of financial
decision making - budgeting, credit and borrowing, mortgages,
pensions, insurance and taxation and benefits advice in a free 45
