Town Centre Statistics

Town centre statistics are recorded on a monthly, six monthly and annual basis and form part of the Town Centre's annual report.  KPI's collected include:

Footfall counts

Car Parking Occupancy

Business Confidence surveys

Vacant Unit counts

Markets & Traders

Postcode surveys and Retail Yields

Visitor surveys

The town centre user survey enables both users and non-users of the town to provide ratings on the town centre. Surveys can be completed online by following the below link, and will be collated into the 2011 Town Centre report, to be published in January 2012
