Monday, 5:30-6:30pm at Fairmead (£2 per session) & Wednesday, 5:30pm-6:30pm at The Edge (£2 per session)

Includes Boxercise, Circuits, Weights, Speed and Quickness and Health Check.  All abilities and levels welcome, 16+.

Seniors' Table Tennis

 

Friendly and informal games of table tennis for the over 50's for £1 per session at the Cove.  Refreshments available at a small cost.
