Capital Strategy
The Capital Strategy for the period 2006/07 to 2008/09 was
approved by the Council's Policy, Finance and Administration
Committee on 11th October 2006. The purpose of this
document is to establish the policy to be employed in the strategic
management of the Council's resources. It shows how the Council is
prioritising projects, targeting its capital resources and
measuring the performance of its assets to ensure the achievement
of the Councils key priorities.
