Property Enquiries

Formal enquiries about buying, letting, renting or otherwise using Council owned buildings and land should be made to the Head of Street Scene and Environment in writing. Informal enquiries can be made by calling the council's Customer Services Team.

The Council's Industrial Units at Snow Hill, Melton Mowbray are managed for the Council by local agents Bentons.

Enquiries about purchasing Council houses under 'Right to Buy' legislation should be made to Customer Services.
