DEMOLITION WORKS TO COMMENCE AT BURTON ROAD SITE

The Council is due to start demolition and enabling (service diversions/site clearance/archaeological investigations) works at the Burton Road Site on 22 February 2010.

CMEC Demolition the Site Manager and the CDM Safety Co-ordinator will be contacting near neighbours to the site with their contact details regarding any concerns they may have whilst the programme of work is ongoing.

The contractor will be securing particular areas of the car park and site whilst these works are taking place, but the car park will be open for business as usual.

Councillor Malise Graham said:

On a further positive note for the economy of the Town and Jobs we are also helping Kettleby Foods to put in a new electricity source for an extension to their business as phase II of these enabling works.
