NEW COUNCIL OFFICES: PLANNING
APPLICATION DUE TO BE SUBMITTED

Councillors have approved the designs for the
Council’s new offices that will be submitted for planning.
A Council spokesperson said:
‘We have been through an extensive
consultation process, the Council has listened to a variety of
views and these have influenced the final design that will now be
submitted for planning. The matter now rests with the
Planning Authority who will have to consider all aspects of this
scheme in great detail.’
It is expected that the planning application
will be submitted in the next few days and a computer graphic of
the proposed building is attached.
