Off Street Parking Places Order 2009
Notice of Making
Notice is hereby given that Melton
Borough Council has made the above order under its powers contained
in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order
is:
(a) To revoke the Melton Borough
Council (General Off Street Parking Places) Replacement Order 2003
and the Melton Borough Council (Waterfield Leisure Pools Parking
Places) Replacement Order 2003.
(b) To introduce the Melton Borough
Council (Off Street Parking Places) Replacement Order 2009 to take
account of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
(c) To introduce regulations to
effectively enforce all designated car parks.
(d) Charges apply between 7:30am
and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday (including Bank Holidays).
Regulations apply at all times.

Melton Mowbray, LE13 0BQ between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm,
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. The order can also be
viewed on the Council's website at www.melton.gov.uk
If you wish to challenge the
validity of the Order, you may apply to the High Court within six
weeks of the date the Order was made
The order will come into force on 1 April 2009
