for all enquiries.
FACE TO FACE
Drop in points at Parkside, The Cove Community Centre (Sysonby
Street), The Edge Community Centre (Dalby
Road) and Fairmead Community Centre (Drummond Walk) for
short face to face queries such as photocopying, receiving
documents and reporting repairs. This is on a first come, first
serve basis.
We also offer appointments at Parkside, The Cove and The Edge
for Benefits, Rent, Housing and Council Tax and also an Outreach
service where, if you are unable to reach us, we will make an
appointment to see you in the comfort of your own home.
To arrange an appointment please contact Customer Services by
email, by phone or by dropping in at your nearest Centre.
Please note that the Centres are open 9am - 5pm Monday to
Friday.
TREATMENT OF STAFF
We take the treatment of our staff very seriously. Any incidents
where our staff are subjected to verbal and/or physical abuse will
be dealt with in line with our Potentially
Violent Persons Policy.
