What information can be requested?
Information Asset Register
All public authorities covered by the Reuse of Public Sector
Information Regulations have an Information Asset
Register. The Register lists the information assets which
the Council makes available for re-use, and states whether you will
have to pay for that information. Over time, the number of items
listed will be expected to increase. The Public Sector
Transparency Board is promoting free reuse of public sector data
sets.

Borough Council's Information Asset Register or contact the
Customer Service team and ask for a copy to be sent to you.
When will the information be provided?
Timescale
In most cases, the Council must respond to your request within
20 working days of receiving it. If we cannot, we will
explain why and let you know when you will receive a reply.
