If you have recently moved into the
area and/or are unsure if you are registered to vote or if you want
a postal vote or a vote where a proxy votes on your behalf contact
the Electoral Services Section on 01664 502502 or visit the
Electoral Commissions web site http://www.aboutmyvote.co.uk/ for

The closing date for receipt of
completed application forms is 14 April 2011 for
inclusion on the register, new postal application forms,
cancellation of existing postal and any amendments to any existing
proxy votes. For new proxy application forms the closing date is 21
April 2011 (5 p.m.). Postal Vote Ballot Packs will be dispatched
from the 18 April 2011.

Polling Station CHanges
Due to a wide variety of reasons (and circumstances outside of
the Council’s control), there are occasions when polling stations
need to be changed. If a Polling Station has to be changed
this information will be clearly printed on your Poll Card,
published on the official notice of Poll and it will be signposted
clearly on the day. If you have any queries regarding Polling
Station changes – please do not hesitate to contact the Elections
Team on 01664 502502 for further information.

Masonic Lodge. The Masonic Lodge (Freemasons Hall) is located
