How do I invite the Mayor to my event
All invitations to attend events should be
made through the Mayor's Office. Invitations should not be
made directly to the Mayor. The Mayor is constantly in demand
and, on average, may attend between 350 - 400 engagements each
year. It is therefore important that, when booking the Mayor,
sufficient notice is given. To invite the mayor to an event
you will need to complete a Civic Engagement Booking Form.
