Voluntary Sector Services pc

Reprographics Service

Would your organisation benefit from help with photocopying?

If so read on…

The Council is able to offer a photocopying service to the community and voluntary sector within the Borough.

To use the Council’s Reprographics Service, your organisation must be included on an Approved List held by the Chief Executive of Melton Borough Council and the work must impact on the Council’s priorities/key services.  The Council’s priorities are within the areas of People, Places and a Well Run Council and further details are available via the Corporate Plan.

To apply for inclusion on the Approved List, please complete and return the Application Form.

Please read the guidance notes before you do anything else.

In return for this help, the Council would like the copied work to include an acknowledgement of the Borough Council’s support.

Each approved organisation is entitled to 4 x free of charge photocopying jobs per year.  Each job to be of reasonable size and not exceed 1000 copies.

Delivery and collection of documents is the responsibility of the organisation and not the Council.

The Council’s Reprographics Service provides black and white photocopying on white A4 or A3 paper together with a collation and stapling function.

Original printing for an approved organisation must not include any anti-lobbying literature against the Borough Council.
