Conservation Advice
The Council has produced a series of guidance leaflets
covering various conservation related topics. In addition The
Council's Conservation Officer advises on all aspects of the
Conservation Service including restoration and repairs to historic
buildings, proposals for development - particularly within
conservation areas or relating to listed buildings and their
settings and the administration of historic building grant
schemes.
Advice can be obtained either in writing or by holding a meeting
with the Conservation Officer or another
appropriately qualified Member of staff.
