Environmental Health Training Courses
Environmental Health run a range of courses
accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental
Health.
At present we can run the following
courses;

Food Hygiene Training
Environmental Health are able to provide
training in the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in
Catering. At present no courses are planned.
Online FOOD HYGIENE training
You may be interested in online training available from the
Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
All food handlers are legally required to be trained in
food hygiene to a level appropriate to the type of work being done.
Also, for those food business owners wanting to achieve a high
score under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme it will be
necessary to have regular refresher training for staff and evidence
available to show training has been completed.
The Chartered Institute of
Environmental Health offer online training packages, which
includes food hygiene training. Please note that by
