Food Hygiene Training
It is important that people involved in the
food industry have the right level of training. The law
requires all personnel to have training ‘commensurate with their
responsibilities’. Consequently it is expected that cooks, chefs
and managers will have up to date Food Hygiene training. We
recommend that training is repeated every three years.

are accredited training providers.
