Health Promotion - Food
We work with individuals and organisations to
promote improvements in the environment and public health and
provide information on all environmental health issues through
training and public awareness campaigns.
We run the Level 2
Award in Food Safety in Catering. This course is aimed at food
handlers entering the industry for the first time, or staff who
have an ancillary of food handling role e.g porters, care
assistants and kitchen support staff.
We have a hand washing display system which
allows you to see how effectively you wash your hands - if you are
interested in seeing this demonstrated to a group, please contact us.
