IPPC Public Register 

The Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Public Register includes all permits currently issued by Melton Borough Council.

 

Environment Agency permits

The Environment Agency issue and administer some permits under the same legislation.  These are generally A(1) permits for larger premises.  A public register is available on the Environment Agency website and in addition this information is copied to Melton Borough Council so that we can include it in our register too.
