Public Registers

The licensing authority is required under Section 8 of the Licensing Act 2003 to maintain a public register in relation to all applications received under the Act.   Attached below is a limited register containing information on individual premises and persons.

 

This limited register does not contain historic information, only the most recent information for a particular premises.  This is in order to keep the register to a manageable size.

 

Should you wish to see the full public register, containing all applications received under the Licensing Act 2003 please contact the Licensing Section to make an appointment.
