Amusement With Prizes (AWP) Machines
Following the changes introduced in the
Gambling Act 2005 the old Section 34 Amusement with Prizes permits
for fruit machines have been superseded by a system of permits and
notifications, depending on the type of premises and the number and
type of machine.
