Butchers Shop Licensing

Butchers no longer need to be licensed since 1 January 2006, however they do have to comply with very similar hygiene requirements under the EC Regulations that came into effect on the same date. This includes the operation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) based procedures.
