Apply for a riding establishment licence
In order to apply for a licence for a Riding
Establishment we require the following items:
- Completed application form
- Payment of the licence fee of £115. There will also
be vet's fees payable.
- Your Public Liability Insurance certificate
An inspection of the premises will then be
arranged and carried out by an approved veterinary surgeon.
You must pay the cost of this before the licence can be
granted. Operating without a licence is an offence under the
Act.
