Theatre Licensing

The licensing of theatres is now part of the Licensing Act 2003 and as such any premises wishing to show the performance of a play must be licensed by a Premises Licence, Club Premises Certificate or Temporary Event Notice. Please see the separate Licensing Act 2003 section for further information.

You may also be required to obtain a licence from the Performing Rights Society.
