Development Committee
The Development Committee sits on average every every three
weeks to, amongst other duties, determine planning applications
that have been reported to it complete with a
recommendation from the case officer.
Other duties of the Committee can include consideration of:
- Planning Enforcement cases
- Building Control matters
- Performance reports
- Departmental Procedural matters
- Local Planning Policy

During consideration of planning applications and enforcement
matters by the Development Committee, members of the public may
