Development Committee

 

The Development Committee sits on average every every three weeks to, amongst other duties, determine planning applications that have been reported to it complete with a recommendation from the case officer.

 

Other duties of the Committee can include consideration of:

  • Planning Enforcement cases
  • Building Control matters
  • Performance reports
  • Departmental Procedural matters
  • Local Planning Policy
