LOCAL LIST REQUIREMENTS
Melton Council adopted a revised Local List requirements for
validating applications on 28 July 2011. These replace all of the
previous requirements. Each type of application is subject to
separate requirements and if they are not included in an
application, it will be considered to be invalid and the
submitter of the application will be requested to submit the
missing details.
