  • Collections are not made on public holidays, and collections that would have happened on these days are made a week later.

How do I arrange a collection?

  • Telephone: Call MBC Customer Services on 01664 502502, and make sure you have payment details ready.

Why was my collection not made?

  • When a collection is arranged, you will be given a date that the collection will take place. The collection may occur any time between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If your collection is not made there could be several reasons. If your items are not accessible for collection between the times stated, our crew will not revisit to collect, and an additional booking of the item(s) will need to be made.
  • The crew will only collect the items that were described by the customer when the collectiobn was arranged and paid for. Any items that are not listed will not be collected.
  • MBC Customer Service representatives advise on individual circumstances when collections are arranged. In general, items for collection should be left outside the property, in a place that is easily accessible by our crew. If the items are behind a gate, remember to leave the gate unlocked on the day of collection.
