Estate Management

The Estate Management Officers deal with a wide range of issues relating to all aspects of a Council Tenancy including escorted viewings for housing transfers, transfer and  mutual exchange visitis, follow up visits, changes to tenancies and the right to buy.  We cover neighbour problems and all aspects of anti social behaviour relating to concil tenancies.  We attend resident groups and have regular meetings with the police and other relevent partner organisations.

Where tenants have problems in managing their tenancy we can offer help through supporting groups and intervention projects.
