1 or 2 adults + 2 or more children or

1 or 2 adults + 1 child where applicant is expecting another child

1 or 2 adults + 2 or more children over the age of 2

3 Bedroom house or

3 bedroom flat or

3 Bedroom maisonette
1 or 2 adults + 3 or more children

3 bedroom house or

4 bedroom house (but the size of the family & need of the family will take priority)
Single person (age 60 or over)

1 bedroom flat or bungalow (designated) or

2 bedroom flat or bungalow (designated) – but only if medical needs dictate this
