The capital contract budget for 2009/2010 is as follows,

• Aids and Adaptations - £130,000
• Install/Replace Central Heating - £500,000
• Replace exterior windows and doors - £450,000
• Rewiring of Council properties - £300,000
• Major Catch-Up repairs (inc. rendering, communal path renewals, bed-sit conversions etc.) - £100,000
• Asbestos surveys and Remedial Works - £70,000
• Replacement Kitchens - £300,000
• Replacement Bathrooms - £150,000
• Re-roofing works - £300,000
• Void decent homes support costs - £223,000
