How To Pay Your Rent
Melton Borough Council offers you many ways to pay your
rent
Direct Debit
You can choose to pay weekly or monthly on the 1st day of
the month and we will inform you if there are to be any
changes.Direct Debit payments are covered by a guarantee that puts
you in full control.
Simply complete the form ,and
send it back to us.
Standing Orders
Standing Orders will allow you to pay by calendar
month. All you have to do is request a standing order form
and send it back to us and we will calculate the monthly payments
for you. Unlike Direct Debit, a Standing Order is an agreement
between you and your bank therefore it is your responsibility to
tell your bank about any changes.

With our Online Payments Service you can pay your rent 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, simply

By Post
Send a cheque (made out to Melton Borough Council) to:
Melton Borough Council ,Pheonix House, Nottingham Road, Melton
Mowbray, LE13 0UL Write your name, address
and tenancy payer number on the back of the cheque. Don't
send cash through the post.
All Pay
You can pay by using your Allpay payment card at any Post Office
or outlet displaying the Allpay sign.If you would like to pay in
this way but do not have a payment card please contact Customer
Services. For further information about using the card click
here.
Shop staff won't see details of your rent account. Please keep
your receipt.
Internet Banking
If you have internet banking then you can make payments to us
quoting Melton Borough Bank sort code 40-32-14 and account number
61246003 including your tenancy payer number.
