Mutual exchanges
If you are a secure tenant you have the right
to “exchange” (swap) your home with another Council or a housing
association tenant.
You must seek permission from your landlord
before exchanging your home and your rent account must be clear at
the time of the exchange.
You can view the mutual exchange register on
the link below. It is up to the individual tenants to contact
each other in order to seek an exchange
