What to do if you are homeless

If you are homeless now or at risk of becoming homeless, you should come and see a Customer Services at our main office at  Parkside or call us on 01664 502502 and you will be advised about what help Melton Borough Council can give you or signpost you to the relevant support agency if we are unable to assist you.

More advice on the assistance that can be offered

Your case will be passed to the Housing Options team if it is considered that you are eligible for assistance and that you may have a priority need for housing. We will continue to work with you and offer you the appropriate advice and assistance.  

At risk of becoming homeless?

We will be able to provide advice, help and assistance if you are going to lose your accomodation. It is important that you seek our advice as soon as possible so we can look at all your housing options to help you remain in your accomodation.
