If you have received your new 2017/ 2018 bill and it does not show changes you have reported to us. Please note that any changes reported since the 22nd February will not be shown on this new bill. A new bill confirming these changes will be with you within the next 10 working days. You can see these changes in advance of receiving this bill by logging into My Account.
