My request has been declined
We will provide you with the information unless there is a good reason for not doing so. A good reason may be that your request relates to someone else's personal details. We will not be able to provide that information to you.
We will tell you why we have declined your request. If you do not agree with the reason we give you, you can ask us to review our decision. If your request is still refused you can ask the Information Commissioner's Office to review that decision.
The Information Commissioner's Office is an independent body that enforces the FOI Act, the Data Protection Act and the Environmental Information Regulations.
