Housing repairs

To report a repair please call our customer services team on 01664 502502 you will be asked to provide:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Contact details
  • Detailed description of the fault
  • How to access you property (for repairs work to take place) 

Repair categories

Priority A - Emergencies: The repair will be responded to within 24 hours.

Priority B - Urgent: Repair to be completed within 3 days.

Priority C - Urgent: Repair to be completed within 7 days.

Priority E - Routine: An appointment will be made and completed within 28 days.

If your repair is a Priority C or E, you will be telephoned by the contractor to arrange a visit.  

If the operative is unable to gain access to your property, they will leave a card with contact details in order for you to arrange a new time for the work to be carried out.
