Melton Borough Council provides several play areas across the
town:
These sites are inspected regularly by suitably qualified
inspectors. If you find them damaged or littered please contact
Customer Services on (01664) 502502.

Baldocks Lane Play Area
Baldocks Lane Play Area is an enclosed play area, situated
within a larger grassed area, in the south-eastern part of Melton
Mowbray.
Its play area consists of:
- Pongo Seesaw;
- Junior Swing;
- Multiplay;
- Tractor/Slide;
- Cradele Swing;
- Min Whirl;
- Mobilus.
The site is best suited to 4 - 11 years olds.

The Crescent Play Area
The Crescent Play Area is a small, enclosed play area, situated
on The Crescent, in the norther part of Melton Mowbray.
Its play equipment consists of:
- Swinging Plank;
- Stepping Logs;

- Globe Trotter;
- Spring Bike;
- Spring Hedehog;
- Tractor/Slide;
- Cradle Swing;

Dickens Drive Play Area
Dickens Drive Play Area is a small, open-plan style play area,
with stepped access. It is situated off Dickens Drive, in the
northern part of Melton Mowbray.
Its play equipment consists of:
- Agility Bars;
- Climbing Frame;
- Embankment Slide;
- Wood Ghost.
The site is best suited to 7 - 10 year olds.

Sunnybrook Play Area
Sunnybrook Play Area consists of a small enclosed play area for
toddlers, and a larger, open-plan area for juniors. It is situated
in the north-western part of Melton Mowbray.
Its play equipment consists of:

- Tower/Slide;
- Spicas;
- Stand-on Rotator;
- Pole Rotator;
- Supernova;
- Cradle Swing;
- Toddler Multiplay;

Games Area). It is siutuated in the south-western part of Melton
Mowbray.

adjacent to the Visitor Centre in the norther part of Melton
Country Park.

situated in the south-eastern part of Melton Country Park.
