Active Lifestyle Scheme

 

The Active Lifestyle Scheme provides a 10 week programme aiming at helping Melton Borough Council residents improve their health through lifestyle changes. The scheme is primarily aimed at those who have health conditions that would benefit from regular physical activity and are designed to meet the needs of the individual which may include gym based sessions, group exercise sessions and group walking sessions.
