To give you independant information, advice, guidance, coaching, employment training and mentoring.


Adult Learning Leicestershire

To help you upgrade your ICT, English or Maths skills, give your CV a boost, or get that extra qualification, including First Aid and Food Safety courses. They have hundreds of accredited and general courses on offer.


Aspiro

Providing you with end to end employment support to access work or learning opportunities. We provide advice and support for users of mental health services jointly with Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.


Citizens Advice Bureau

We offer you practical, up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics including debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration and consumer.

Clockwise Credit Union

We provide you with a broad range of affordable financial services, savings, current accounts, budget accounts and loans. We aim to improve your financial wellbeing.

Quit 51 Stop Smoking Service

Smoking cessation clinic provided by Quit 51 offers you behavioural support through 1-1 appointments along with Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) free of charge.

Heart the Arts

Offers you a range of services such as, support with choice based lettings including rent and council tax support. Come along to our rent drop-in session every first Monday of the month.

Melton and District Money Advice Centre

We aim to provide a free, confidential and impartial advice service for you concerning money and debt problems. We provide a personalised package of care until financial freedom and capability is gained to encourage the reduction and the reoccuraence of future debt problems

Pension Wise

We provide guidance on defined contribution pensions. You can find out what you can do with your pension pot, how to shop around and what to look out for with taxes and fees. We explain how to avoid pension scams and the importance of taking your time to make sure your money lasts as long as you do.

12-week programme, designed to help you uncover your hidden talents and improve your confidence, as well as gain a nationally-recognised qualification, and develop your English and maths skills.

We provide careers information, advice and guidance for young people that are not in education, employment or training. We offer a drop-in service at Phoenix House throughout the week, call the office to find out available times.
