Digital Skills

One of our aims is to support our customers to become digitally independant and become more confident when using computers. To enable us to do this, here at Phoenix House we have our very own digital suite where we hold various courses and is also open to the public on a drop-in basis.

The digital suite is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.30am - 4.00pm unless we have a specific session running in there. If you are confident on computers and just want somewhere peaceful to update your CV, look for work etc you can drop-in during these times.

If you have a mentor working with you within the building they can support you in the digital suite, or if you would like something a little more formal such as a qualification in IT we can refer you to an appropriate service provider. If you would like to know more about this get in touch with any of the mentors and they will be able to point you in the right direction.

Are you on Universal Credit? Do you need a little support using computers?

Whatever your needs our digital suite is perfect for those of you who need to set yourselves up on Universal Credit, and Universal Job Match. If you do not have access to a computer or would like to be shown how to do this arrange an appointment with one of our mentors, contact details can be found on the 'contact us' page at the top of the screen.
