Melton Borough Council

New look toilets for Melton - let the Council know what you think!

Published Thursday, 4th February 2016

The Council’s toilets consultation is well under way and views are coming in via the online survey as well as questionnaires being filled in around the town.

It’s not too late to tell the Council what you think and take part in this survey.

Melton’s public toilets need to be completely refurbished to bring them up to modern day standards. The running costs are high and there are options for helping with this and moving forward. The public’s help is needed so that the Council knows what is important to people when they use the town’s toilets.

Councillor Wright, Chair of the Community and Social Affairs Committee, said

‘I would encourage people to have their say on Melton’s toilets. The survey is open for another 2 weeks and your views are important in helping Councillors make decisions on the future provision of the town’s public toilets. There is information on the website about the options available, so please go online and tell us what you think.’
