Street Furniture
Melton Borough Council is responsible for the maintenance,
installation and removal of various kinds of Street Furniture,
including:
- Streetlights;
- Bollards;
- Railings;
- Road signs;
- Street Name Plates;
- Litter and Dog Bins;
- Benches;
- Planters.
Some items of street furniture in the Borough are the
responsibility of Leicestershire County Council to maintain, whilst
others, such as Bus Shelters in villages, are usually the
