Support helplines

Self-isolation can have a negative impact on mental health or leave you in an uncomfortable living situation. Below is a list of organisation's that offer support for those going through difficulties. 

Age UK Leicestershire and Rutland 

Age UK  have a new helpline dedicated to provide practical and emotional support to those over 70, especially those who are self-isolating and live alone.

Alzheimer's Society have a Dementia Connect support line for those worried about themselves or a loved during this time.

Anxiety UK is a charity working to relieve and support those living with anxiety by offering information, support and understanding.
