Health and wellbeing services
We are part of the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Health and Wellbeing partnership - a network of partners and agencies across the county who aim to improve the health of residents.
We are committed to making a real change and want to support everyone in our borough to live happy and healthy lives.
Through the partnership, we have developed a local Melton Borough Community Health and Wellbeing Plan that underpins the work we deliver to the communities across our borough - which aims to tackle health inequalities which are present within our population.
Together with our NHS partners and Leicestershire County Council we offer a range of support to our communities, which you can access below.
