We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to provide high quality administrative support working as part of the multi-faceted Case Management Team based within the multi-agency Community Support Hub at Phoenix House.

We support people in the Melton community to becoming socially, financially and digitally independent. Our ethos supports well-being and self-management, promoting personal responsibility for development and lifestyle, utilising partner services working together as one team.

As an efficient Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the administration; the role is integral to the smooth running of the activities at Phoenix House, supporting a team of mentors and co-ordinating Partner activities within a multi-agency environment.

 

About you

You would be required to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be the first point of contact within the centre. You will be liaising with Melton Borough Council colleagues, senior management and our partner services. You must be flexible, well-motivated and able to use your own initiative. Maintaining a professional image to all visitors at all times, as well as maintaining and updating  electronic systems, invoicing partners, processing referrals and providing support for courses, workshops and meetings  delivered at Phoenix House.

You will need to have strong IT skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications. You will also need to use web based databases and social media, as well as having the ability to manage a busy reception. Ability to work in a busy demanding environment is essential.

You will have a proven track record of using your initiative, prioritising and meeting deadlines.

Administrative experience or qualification in Business Administration and/or Customer Service would greatly support your application.
