Estate Surveyor- Fixed term for 2 years
Purpose of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Surveyor at Melton Borough Council.
Working as part of a multi disciplined team you will be involved with a mixed property portfolio that includes offices, industrial units, sports and leisure facilities, allotments and car parks.
About you
The role includes a wide range of landlord and tenant work including negotiating leases and licences, lease renewals and rent reviews, inspection work, service charges, break clauses and disposals.
