Melton Mowbray has officially submitted its Expression of Interest for UK Town of Culture 2028!
This submission celebrates who we are and sets out how, as UK Town of Culture, Melton Mowbray would bring communities together around a shared cultural table. Rooted in heritage, shaped by innovation, and open to all.
This is the first step in the application process and we will hear if we are through to the next round in the coming months.
