Guidance published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

From Monday April 2 2012 your recycling collections will become
a wheeled bin collection service, using the brown bin many of you
have been using for garden waste collections.
An information leaflet will be sent to every
household explaining all aspects of the new recycling
service.
