Forum dates
Our forums are held quarterly at our Parkside Offices, Melton Mowbray (LE13 1GH), providing an opportunity to hear updates, share your views and get involved.

September Forum Speakers
At our next forum on Monday 14 September 2026, we will be joined by guest speakers from:
- East Midlands Property Owners (EMPO), a not-for-profit organisation that supports and represents private landlords across the East Midlands. EMPO will provide an update on the Renters' Rights Act and what it means for landlords.
- Citizens Advice, who will be talking about their Landlord-Tenant Mediation Service, designed to help resolve disputes and improve communication between landlords and tenants.
- Our Environmental Health team and Housing Options team will be on hand to provide advice, answer questions and share information on housing standards, local housing services and support available.
