Mental health and wellbeing support
Living with a mental health problem can sometimes feel like too much to cope with and make day-to-day activities difficult. There are lots of situations that can impact on how you feel, but we would like you to know that support is available, and you are not alone.
If you feel your mental health is suffering and you are struggling to deal with everyday situations it may be worth talking to your GP, family or friends.

Everyone’s different, so we’ll give you a choice of ways you might like to receive support from us and you can decide what’s best for you. For example, you may want:
- A safe and relaxing space where you can be yourself and take part in gentle activities
- One-to-one support with a member of our team to explore ways to cope and how to manage your mental health
- Practical advice and information about other services that might be helpful to you for longer-term support
You can just drop in, no appointment needed.
